What is Oncomine?

Oncomine is a cancer-profiling database containing published data

 that has beencollected, standardized, annotated and analyzed by Compendia Bioscience.

Experimental details and sarmple facts are collected from supplernental data

 and directly correspondence w authors of published work and added to the dalabaseto drive new analyses.

The data are normalized and analyzed using standardprotocois, 

and presented to the end-user of Oncomine through a web-basedinterfaco.
